The PADI Open Water Diver Course – the worlds most popular and widely recognized scuba course. This is your admission ticket to intense and unforgettable scuba diving experiences for the rest of your life!
The PADI Open Water Diver Course consists of three main phases)
- Knowledge Development (online via PADI eLearning) to understand basic principles of scuba diving.
- Confined Water Dives (Pool) to learn basic scuba skills
- 4 – Open Water Dives (in the ocean with us!) to use your skills and explore
The online portion or eLearning is completed before your arrival at our shop and the beginning of the in-water training. We have included the fee for the eLearning in our total course fee. Please do not buy the course directly from PADI’s website.
The in-water training is completed over 3 days at our shop in Barrio Barretto, Olongapo (Subic Bay)
Here is a typical schedule.
- Day 1) 8:30am – 5pm – Complete entry paperwork, complete eLearning mini review and start confined water training.
- Day 2) 8:30am – 5pm – Finish confined water training (if applicable), complete dive 1 and 2 open water (ocean) dives.
- Day 3) 8:30am – 2pm – Complete dive 3 and 4 open water (ocean) dives!
Our PADI Open Water Diver Course is a performance based program, so the schedule will need to be somewhat flexible depending on your skills mastery.
